The Problem With Sharia Law For Non-Muslim Countries

BO never misses an opportunity to bring up gun control as the most important matter after any slaughter of innocence whether by the hands of Islamic fascists like in San Bernardino last December or by racist lunatics like in Dallas earlier this month where white police officers were specifically singled out to be murdered. 

 

Now BO is quite familiar with the Second Amendment & knows it has nothing to do with hunters, hunters' rights, or even protecting yourself in your home against an intruder like a burglar - although a gun will prove handy in such an event.  The right to own a gun was as natural to the Founders as the right to own a shovel or mule to plow a field.  The Second Amendment was written into the Bill of Rights so that the citizenry would have a constitutional means of protection against an oppressive government like the one BO prefers & envisions. 

 

It is not that BO really thinks the problem is guns, more than the Islamic fascists or racist lunatics who use them – it is simply that BO doesn't want the people to have arms (keep & bear) so that they can use them against an oppressive government as intended by the Second Amendment.

 

During his pronouncements following a murderous event @ the hands of Islamic fascists BO acts as if Islam is a religion of peace & that calling out Islamic fascists by name will only increase recruitment for the terrorist movement.  And of course BO never mentions Sharia Law - the religious legal system governing the members of the Islamic faith.  Sharia Law is derived from the religious precepts of Islam, particularly the Quran and the Hadith -

a collection of traditions containing sayings of the prophet Muhammad that, with accounts of his daily practice (the Sunna), constitute the major source of guidance for Muslims apart from the Quran.

 

Of course the American public is woefully uninformed about Islam with far too many people never even hearing of Sharia Law – 1) that permits men to beat their wives for insubordination, 2) that forbids women to drive cars, 3) that does not allow a woman who has been raped to testify against her rapist(s), 4) that believes a girl's clitoris should be cut (female genital mutilation), 5) that considers homosexual acts illegal punishable by death, & 6) that encourages Muslims to lie to non-Muslims to advance Islam.  And way too much more that goes against American values.

 

So without really knowing what they are doing a great many progressive American Democrat statists welcome Muslims to our country with open arms & no questions asked unaware that while they are promoting & legalizing homosexual marriage in America, Muslims who follow Sharia Law are simultaneously throwing homosexuals off buildings to their deaths just for being homosexual.  In addition while Americans strive for equality of the sexes followers of Sharia Law wage a real war against women as described above.  See graphic below regarding Islamic countries & remedies for homosexuality.

Muslims are the fastest growing group in the world who claim to follow religious beliefs – totaling 1.6 billion people or 23% of the world's population as of 2010.  Islam is currently the world's second largest religion but it is the fastest growing with expectations to pass Christianity by the end of this century.  See graph below.

The Pew Research Center found that 70% of Muslims in America identify with the Democrat Party & 11% with the Republican Party – saying they prefer a bigger government providing more services (68%) over a smaller government providing fewer services (21%).

 

There are about 3 million Muslims living in America today & that number is expected to double by 2030.  Over 51% of Muslims in America feel they should have the choice of being governed by Sharia Law.  Also, 51% of Muslims in America believe they should have the choice of American or Sharia courts, or that they should have their own tribunals to apply Sharia – there are Sharia only courts in Europe as well as "no go" zones where police will not enter for fear of losing their lives.  Only 39% of those polled said that Muslims in the U.S. should be subject to American courts.  Source – Pew Research Center.

 

A 2011 Pew survey found that 86% of Muslims living in America found that suicide bombings & other forms of violence against civilians – such as driving a truck through crowded streets like in Nice France last week – are rarely or never justified.  But 7% say that suicide bombings are sometimes justified & 1% say they are often justified meaning that @ least 30,000 Muslims living in America quite often condone attacks on civilians or maybe even plan to participate in such attacks. 

 

Nearly a quarter of the Muslims polled believe "it is legitimate to use violence to punish those who give offense to Islam by, for example, portraying the prophet Muhammad."

 

Countries that apply a majority or some of Sharia Law include Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Brunei, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Yemen, & Mauritania.  In these countries Sharia-prescribed punishments such as beheadings, flogging, & stoning are practiced judicially or extra-judicially (i.e., outside the authority of a court).  Check out the table below for some of the practices in Egypt.

The Muslim share of Europe's total population has been increasing steadily.  Muslims have not assimilated well in their immigration to Metropolitan France (11% of total population), England (5%) , or Germany (7%) as portions of the immigrants indicated hereinbefore bring in Sharia Law & its remedies. 

 

Just today I received an e-mail from a new subscriber to RTE telling me about Muslims boys in Switzerland refusing to shake hands with female teachers – a Swiss custom that goes against Sharia Law.  In England, the Muslim Arbitration Tribunal (an alternate dispute resolution available in England that allows Muslims to resolve disputes without recourse to the English courts system) makes use of Sharia Family Law – & this limited adoption of Sharia Law is controversial.

 

Muslims have been in a state of war with the west for the better part of 1500 years.  Based on the above is Donald Trump unreasonable for wanting to screen Syrian Muslim refugees (& really all Muslims) before letting them enter the United States & ultimately taking the Oath Of Allegiance below to support the Constitution of the United States?  Click here & here to learn Dr. Ben Carson's answer to that question.

Please remember that one of the points listed above explains that Sharia Law encourages Muslims to lie to non-Muslims to advance Islam.
